What is micro non-fiction?
Micro non-fiction is a format in which human experience, thinking and behaviour, is briefly described, without judgements. The goal is a process of consciousness and a personal presence. When applied in groups, the different perspectives and experiences of the participants become visible and audible in diversity. |
Possible applications of the method:
Basis for Individual Reflection Processes in artistic research, travel descriptions and evaluation processes. How did the method come about? The form is inspired by the Ethnological Field Research Methods: "Participatory Observation" and "Density Description". It was developed by Antonia Isabelle Weisz and Tihomir Velikinac. |
